Hailing from the breadbasket of America, Ken found his fortunes here in Colorado after being kicked out of the French Foreign Legion. He has gone on to become one of the most respected cinematographers and camera operators in the state. There were two other guys, but they seem to have “disappeared”. Ken will not comment on that. His shooting style centers on a story-driven approach, keeping the camera movement and lighting motivated by the needs of the narrative, instead of a desire to draw attention to itself. His resume includes award winning television programs, commercials and feature films. He has also recreated the Zapruder film using only a polaroid and Legos.
